Love, love, love the new fabrics I picked up the other day! I usually use a lot of repurposed materials, but for the pattern I've been working on I really wanted something super soft and textured. I ended up finding some polar fleece, fancy fur and some super soft fabric I'd never seen before (it'll be great for anything baby as it's unbelievably soft).
I made 2 owls to try out the pattern I've been working on and am really happy with them. They are SO soft and I can't wait to make some more. It looks like I'll be going back to a full time job and I've got a bunch of shows coming up, so I'll have to fit sewing in when I can, but I think these guys are so super and a great addition to the owl and toy family.
I intend to sell them at shows and on Etsy, but am wondering if I should turn my pattern into a PDF and sell that for people who are interested in making their own owl like this. Opinions are much appreciated!
